Working with people with learning disabilities is a great career choice. It is a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. We employ more than 130 staff in a range of full and part time posts, from support workers to day activities staff to team leaders.
We are able to offer a range of shift patterns from as few as two shifts of eight hours each week to full time. All of our team are offered comprehensive induction training when they start which includes a range of mandatory subjects. We are always interested in talking to candidates from a range of different backgrounds, experience is helpful but not essential for many roles.
We encourage our team to continue to improve their skills throughout their careers, providing ongoing training and access to Diploma qualifications in Health and Social Care. We also offer excellent career progression and remuneration packages.
